Terms for using CandiLyt.

CandiLyt is provided to help hiring teams review candidates, prepare interviews, capture feedback, and keep decision records.

CandiLyt does not make hiring decisions for customers. Scores, questions, notes, and summaries are decision support only. Customers must apply human review before shortlisting, rejecting, advancing, or making an offer to any candidate.

• Upload candidate data only when authorized to do so.
• Use job-related criteria and fair hiring practices.
• Provide candidate notices where required.
• Review outputs before relying on them.
• Keep account access limited to authorized team members.

Do not use CandiLyt to infer protected traits, make unlawful employment decisions, upload data you are not authorized to use, bypass access controls, or test the security of the service without written permission.

Customers are responsible for keeping workspace access accurate, removing users who no longer need access, and protecting login credentials. CandiLyt may suspend access where needed to protect the service, customers, candidates, or legal obligations.

Customer data remains the customer's responsibility and will be handled according to the applicable agreement. CandiLyt will not use customer candidate data to train shared models under the initial policy.

CandiLyt owns the product, design, software, workflows, and brand. Customers retain rights to their uploaded data and hiring records.

Pricing, plan limits, payment terms, and billing processes may be defined in an order form, checkout flow, or separate customer agreement. CandiLyt will avoid unsupported public claims about accuracy, compliance, or hiring outcomes.
